Page numbers/annotations -font size

How would this be done on the WorkCentre 5335?  Also is there a list describing what the four preset templates are?  We are using the Annotation Function to date and time stamp incoming faxes so a larger print would be helpful as we later scan in the received faxed sheet.  Thank you!

I see now that you have to hit the save button first and then the new format and style button appears.  I think we were just hitting copy after selecting the page number button.  Thank you.

You should see it. Check this image:

If you can see it, try to change your language to English. If you are not see it even in English, then you should do a firmware upgrade.

We recently received a new Xerox Workcentre 7545.  We are having a few issues with it some of which we have solved ourselves.  This problem, however, we have no idea how to resolve.

The annotations/page numbers print in a font size nearly microscopic.  It must be 6 or 8 point.  They won't even copy if we need to make more copies later on.  On our previous machine, another Xerox, we were able to change the size of the font to make it legible but there is no such selection on this machine.  I reviewed the user manual online and on page 93  it suggests that there should be a selection for "format and style" to allow the font size to be adjusted.  No such button exists on our machine. 

Can you advise?
