Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Paper Jam in Document Feed error won’t clear

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Not Specified

I've cleared the jam in the feeder and am still getting the error. Rebooted and it printed the info page so I know it'll print but how do I get the error message to go away?
