Someone told me to add RAM or change the hard drive.!!!

Does this have anything to do with it, because I see it as illogical? !

I did all the explained steps before I posted the problem and it doesn't work

I have now done the steps again and it doesn't work

I searched our knowledge base and found this article for the error code 005-132.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Paper jam occurs when scanning normal resolution

Product Name: WorkCentre 5325/5330/5335
Operating System: Windows 10
 
Dears I have a strange problem,
 
When scanning at a resolution of 200 or 300, paper jam occurs and diplay  an error message appears 005-132 , but when scanning at a resolution of 400 or 600, it works without any problems. 
 
has anyone come across it before? What is the solution to it, if any, and is it possible to explain the cause of the problem.
