Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the Support Alert on the support page for the DocuMate 3220. There is a patch available that may resolve the issue. If this does not fix it please consider conttacting DocuMate support.
It may be that this is just too old a scanner, but it has always worked well - I downloaded the software packet and installed everything. The scanner works OK, but when I try to open Paperport, it simply stalls at the logo
