Partial Paper Scanning Problem

Hello,

I have a Xerox WorkCentre 3025 and I'm experiencing an issue where the last third of the page vertically is completely blank, with no scanned image visible. It seems like there might be a malfunction in the sensor responsible for this section. I've observed this issue occurring both when scanning through the ADF and directly on the glass. Also, problem occurs identically both when scanning and copying.IMG_20231025_090605.jpg
