Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution that explains the default username and passwords.  If the defaults.  Also take a look at the solution for changing these settings once you get logged in.  If these do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Password for Spire CXP6000 Color Server for Xerox DocuColor 5252 Digital Color Presses

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I need to reset the password to access this server.  We just acuired this unit pre-owned but could not get into the server due to not having the password.  Is there a way to get into the service to control the unit without having to go through re-installing the server software.
