i did and they cant help me out because my workcentre is too old and there is no record of its serial number in the database.

I have a used Xerox Workcentre M128 serial # YFE005688. Just wondering if I can get the passwords for software options to enable the Scan to Network feature and iFax. The passwords are usually printed on the inside cover of the manual but i bought it used with no manuals.
Can someone from Xerox please post those to me up here or directly via email ? It would be most appreciated. Thanks.
