My company is filing a class action aginst XEROX for these issues. Defects like this are both an unacceptable way to fleece cusotmers AND has already been determined in court that Xerox does this on purpose to generate revenue.

Just happened to have this issue today as well and finally figured it out after restarting it several times - here's what worked:
Unplug the machine without powering it down, wait a minute, then plug it back in. It should perform a "file systems check" since it wasn't powered down properly first. Doing that fixed it.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please turn off the printer and then on the computer your trying to print from please stop the spooler to clear the queue and then restart the spooler and then restart the printer. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance if the fault does not clear.
