Pb 116-365 phaser 6510

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

hello,

 

We have a problem with our 6510.

We have a code error 116-365.

 

We triied to force reset electric but no work

can you help us ?

Hi RBI29, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please turn off the printer and then on the computer your trying to print from please stop the spooler to clear the queue and then restart the spooler and then restart the printer. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance if the fault does not clear.

But it's doesn't works. I updated the firmware and that fixed the problem.
