Phaser 3100 MFP Scanner Problem

Product Name: Phaser 3100MFP
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I contacted the printer.

I cannot connect to the scanner.

The mode and resolution settings do not appear.

He says install the PaperPort software.

I couldn't find the software.
