In office we are using Xerox Phaser 3100MFP. The problem is that all scanned documents are saved on Desktop if I press scan button or via Xerox Companion Director . Where I can setup Xerox scanning program to save all scanned files to shared directory (D:\scans).
How can I solve this problem?

i dont know that tool , but isnt there a setup in that tool where you can change just the location of the scans?
With Phaser 3100MFP we got CD. I installed Xerox Companion Suite V.1.2.5
There is only 3 settings: Color mode, Resolution and output format. Maybe I'm looking not there :(
