I have a customer with the above mentioned printer and we are having an issue that I am having trouble resolving. When he scans multiple pages with the document feeder to a network folder, it saves each page as a separate PDF. He would like them to save as a single PDF with multiple pages.
I am having trouble troubleshooting this as I do not have access to the printer directly so I cannot look at it myself. I have been relaying instructions over the phone. I'm pretty sure this is just a setting on the printer when selecting a scan job but would like a for sure answer before I give him another call.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
