have you checked the gateway and subnet? seems you are using a whole different ip range
I suggest to contact your it guy, he can help you with those basic settings
Hello everyone,
Last monday, we changed our internet wireless system. Ever since, the Network Scanning has not been working. I have updated the File Repository Setup, to reflect the new IP Address.
The old address use to be 192.168.1.161, and the new one is 10.25.0.64. The new Address is a bit different. I have been using the default code for the fifth number (21), thus the address that I am using is 10.25.0.64.21. I have also used 139 which is what we used last.
The Protocol I am using is SMB and the host computer runs Microsoft XP.
I entered the share, but not the document path.
I am not sure what else to do.
Any suggestions?
