Think of the destinations as Servers.

So you have 4 different File Servers storing files

Inside each server, every single user has their own folder inside of the main share

Each scan template starts by going on of those 4, and in the template you can add the users folder. This way you don't need to setup a new login or update the 250 templates just because of a password change that was made, you just need to update the repository and that will get inherited in the template(s) immediately

I can that steps and I can scan to folder (smb)

But it's work for only 3 PC  

Product support says...

*** Below the Default File Destinations heading is the option to add or edit up to three alternate file destinations ***

I guess the feature of the printer software doesn't allow it.

Interesting feature.

But , 250 user templates are mentioned in the installation guide. I do not understand it.

I found some STEPS HERE on how to create a File Repository that users can access.

Phaser 3635 MFP can scan for how many pc/users on the network?

I want to configure scan to folder for 10 users on the network  but I think this feature is not available.

or

I cannot configure the address book
