Phaser 3635 scan to email coming in blank

I was addressing the issue remotely, thanks for your help. Turns out that the person was scanning the document upside down :)

Are you able to scan correctly to other file format and to other location than email? Like scan to network?
Also it could be something as simple as locked scanner, which in majority of cases you would see problems in copy jobs as well.

I have a phaser 3635 that was just installed a week ago. Everything was good to go, the scan to email worked. However i failed to actually open the document it sent me before i left the building and now i am getting complaints of blank scans to email. I opened the doc i scanned to my self and sure enough its blank.

Any tips?
