not sure if it will with smb because of the smb3 in windows 8 but if you use FTP it will work

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please see these instructions for setting up scan to email.  The Phaser 3635 can scan to file as well as scan to network.  If you require additional information please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 3635 scanning in windows 8

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a Phaser 3635MFP/X that I am using with windows 8.  I need it to be able to perform the following scans:  scan to desktop, scan to multiple desktops, and scan to email.  Are these functions supported in windows 8 and if so, where can I find instructions on how to do so.
