Phaser 6128 MFP Scanner ADF Hinge

The left hinge on the ADF of my 6128 MFP scanner made a loud noise while it was not being used and now does not close by like 3/4 inch.  I believe I need a new hinge for it.  Where might I get a hinge and instrucions on how to replace it?  It still scans fine manually (without using the ADF).  Thanks.
