You will want to make sure your TCP/IP settings are correct:
1. DNS
2. Subnet
3. Gateway

I'm guessing you are using the hostname of the e-mail server - try the IP address of the SMTP server instead.

Phaser 6128 MFP - invalid SMTP

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

 

we have problem with e-mail settings. Any setting we set in properties the machine gives error "Inavlid SMTP" 016-503. What could be the problem? Could it be an internet connection problem? If yes how i can verify that Phaser connects to internet?Do we need to update firmware?
