Phaser 6128 MFP - unable to connect to smtp

i had my MFP working just fine, untill one day i suddenly started to get 016-764 SMTP connection failed.

I hadn't changed my mail server, it just suddenly started. I know there is no problem with net connection, because i can access the printer through the net.

 

I tried using other servers, but with no change. it  is like the printer can be accessed through the office network, but can't connect to anything outwards.

 

please help.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please double check your setup to make sure you have followed all the steps in the solution for SMTP.  If everything looks correct please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
