If it is specifying it needs DMO or European market toner , the machine is from there so it uses products from that region.
You need to replace the part with the one it specifies.
This is the first time replacing the cartridges that came with the printer. Do they set them up to not accept the correct cartridges?
Then you will need to either call Xerox and pay them to convert it, or buy your toners online and shipped from the area the printer came from.
My Phaser 7800 is not recognizing United States toner cartridges. It is listing numbers on the screen for a toner cartridge it will accept and it is the cartridge number that is not North America according to the map on the inside cover of the printer.
