Phaser 8400 - Error undefined

I have tried the suggested solutions, but no luck. Any further suggestions? Should I remove the existing Phaser 8400 drivers completely and start all over? If so, how?

seems a font problem, normally this should be solved with :

option in acrobat :  font policy , send for each page

or 

in the driver preferences, advanced tab, download font as soft font option

When trying to print a pdf file, even though I have the settings to print it as one sheet per page, it still attemst to print as booklet printing. And on the third page, it is blank, fourth page says

Error: undefined

Offending command:  YVJBVR+TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT

STACK:

false

I have people waiting on me to start a class, and I need to have the files printed? Anyone else encounter this problem and how do I resolve it?
