Hi. We have had this device for a couple of years and we only ever use it to photocopy, never any printing, scanning etc. in the middle of photocopying yesterday, the copying stopped and two error messages seem to have appeared. One is implying there is no paper in the manual feed tray, we have never used this, we only use the main paper tray. The other message is DHCP error, which implies it's to do with IP addresses but as we are not using it for any internet services this is even more puzzling! We have been up and down the menu choices, cleared jobs, turned it on and off and even unplugged it, but nothing allows us to photocopy anything. Has anyone got any suggestions please? Thank you.
