Hello. I just purchased a Xerox DocuMate 3115 scanner to work on a scanning recipes for a heritage cookbook project. I have primarily been trying to customize/edit the setting in the OneTouch software for this purpose, but would love to use the control dial for quick scanning. Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere online or in the materials which settings are associated with each of the settings on the control dial. Can someone please point me in the right direction or provide this information? Thanks in advance for any assistance!
