Hi,

Login as admin, then go to scanning feature (E-mail, Scan to), scoll down and press Customize, then Feature List >You (as admin) and choose from there what you want and press Done.

Poor Scanning Quality

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Please can anyone tell me how to increase the resolution of a scan? It is poor quality and there is nowhere i can see an option to increase the resolution?
