Print Around Feature involving an incoming fax

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

According to the Spec sheet for the 4265, " The Print Around feature automatically holds any job missing resources (such as a different paper size), and all other jobs in the queue will be processed as usual. Your document will print and your email and fax will be sent with no delay." My question is: when an incoming fax is held due to Resources Required (incoming fax tray is set to the by-pass tray and it was empty) why don't all the subesequent print jobs print? There is paper in trays 1 and 2 yet all jobs become bottle-necked until the incoming fax job is either printed or cancelled. The rules for the Print Around Feature do not seem function when an incoming fax is involved.

I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
