Does this issue only happen when the fax is sent from you? The owner of the device should contact Xerox at 1-800-821-2797 to troubleshoot this issue with one of our Support Reps.
I am currently dealing with a third party who has an issue with receiving faxes from us (same faxes was being printed multiple times). The recipient has a Xerox 5330. Hence, is it possible for this printer to print faxes only at the end of transmission? And what is the default behavior of this printer series?
