Re: Print with incorrect scaling

What driver do you use? Xerox v3 or v4? Try using HP universal driver pcl6.

Re: Print with incorrect scaling

As I said, select fit to page. You want scaling of some sort if your non scaled image doesn't fit the page

Re: Print with incorrect scaling

Yes, I do choose no scaling but it always return printed paper with the big space in the top and the left of the paper. :(

Re: Print with incorrect scaling

Sounds like you want to select fit to page when printing to the Xerox. If you select no scaling it will print exact pixel size to whatever paper size you choose

Print with incorrect scaling

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10

My DocuPrint M115w does not print with proper scaling.

I have checked the printer option, everything is A4 with no scaling option but it still give me an A4 with large margin on the left and top.

I try another printer (Canon LBP 9200) without any adjustment and it works perfectly.

Anyone know what happens? Thank you.
