Dear Suppport Team and Community,
I'm currently encountering an issue with getting my Phaser 3020 printer to work on a Windows 10 machine.
While the printer is readily accessible on the local network and functions smoothly, such as being operational via mobile devices, it seems to encounter a roadblock when it comes to functioning on the Windows system.
The printer is detectable within the 'System->Printers & Scanners' settings; however, attempts to add it result in an error stating that the driver is unavailable.
I've attempted a manual installation of the driver associated with this printer from Xerox's website, but during the installation process, an error message, error: 0x000006be, appears.
Here is a snapshot of the encountered error:
Could anyone provide guidance or suggestions regarding this issue? Are there alternative drivers that I should try?
I've tried various solutions outlined in resources like this one: https://superuser.com/questions/296888/adding-printer-in-windows-7-x32-causes-0x000006be-error
and similar ones from Microsoft's site, yet none of them worked.
It's perplexing that every other device on the network can successfully utilize the printer except for the Windows machine. What steps or alternatives should I consider next?
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice regarding this matter.
Thank you in advance for your help.
