Printer does not send Email B235

Product Name: Xerox B235 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi all

I have a problem with this printer.

i connect it to my email account but it show me a Scan Log with 2 ERRORS For Connection Failure-

-51  and -10 

How i fix that?

Hello anatd,

Please reference this post for more details. I know we have seen some issues crop up with Google Cloud Print lately, so wondering if this is the same issue you are experiencing. Due to the end of life of Google Cloud Print on December 31, 2020 no updates or changes are coming to the program so you will need to find a different cloud print application. In the meantime, if you still need to use Google Cloud Print (GCP) here are a couple of tips: 

  1. Make sure HTTPS is enabled on your printer if you are having trouble registering your printer with GCP 
  2. Make sure you have registered the printer with GCP 
  3. Make sure the firmware / software on the printer is up to date with the latest version.  The latest version can be found under the drivers and downloads tab on the support site for your model of printer.
