Thanks for the quick reply. Most of our computer print through PaperCut, so we use a more generic driver, was hoping it was something on the copier itself. I did pass this along to the one techie teacher who set up his own connection and is really the one that needs this. I will see how it works for him. It is just so weird that offset is the default for single copies.
Remus 753,
It is not mentioned which driver you are using. Here are screensots wher you can turn off offsetting in both drivers, V3 and V4.
I hope this helps.
Thanks! I was able to use this to fix offset printing when I am using the machine as a copier. However, when we use it to print from our computers, it still offsets. Is there a way to find those settings?
Hello there,
I found the steps where you can turn off the Offset Feature. It is this article, on step 7.
We have just received our new AltaLink C8145. When we copy a singel page, whether double sided or not, it will print out offsetting every single page. I have looked at our properties and I can't see where to adjust this to default to no offsetting on single jobs with single sheets. If it's collated, it would make sense to offset multiple pages, but for a single sheet it doesn't make sense, and our old WorkCenter didn't do this. Can someone point me to where I can change this setting?
Thank you!
