Printer won't wake up

I set a time frame, which made no difference in waking up, but it does stay on longer. As for the IS page, I don't know where to find it. Thanks for your reply.

Check the CentreWare IS page under properties for the Energy Save options.

In some models, you can set a time frame which the machine will stay awake (like during business hours) and then after hours, the machine goes to sleep / power saver mode.

We have a stand-alone WorkCentre 3225 copier/fax.  It has gone into 'sleep mode' and we are having trouble getting it to 'wake up'.  You can press any buttons to print, fax, to simply try to get it operational, but nothing happens.  Our fax rings forever before it wakes up to answer and receive a fax.  It will eventually wake-up, but this takes a long time of wondering and waiting.  It worked fine up until yesterday (10/2).  I have unplugged it to see if this would help, but nothing changed.  Ideas?  Suggestions?
