Problem scanning in xerox c7020

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
I have a problem when i'm scsnning something in the printer. I have the error code, which is 016-781 and 017-714.

I don't know what is the admin password because it isn't the default password.

Is it possible yo reset the password in order to fix this problem? Or xerox tech can do something with that resetting the password or the printer and config it again later?
