Problem scanning phaser 3300mfp

Hello,

I have had a phaser 330mfp multifunction printer for 11 years. It is connected by usb.

For a week, I can no longer digitize, especially from Adobe Acrobat. Initially, I was able to do it but I could not continue a document. Scanning bugged and Acrobat quit.

But, after trying to fix the problem, including re-installing the drivers, I can no longer scan. Adobe bug when I want to select the scanner.

I'm on Windows 11. Is this a driver compatibility issue?

What to do ? I'm at my wit's end.

Hello generue1970,

I looked on the drivers and dowload page and do not see window 11 as an option.  Please call 1-800-835-6100 to find out if there is another driver option.

If you're still having issues scanning via USB, I would try using NAPS2 (Website Link) . I use this program when I run into issues scanning via USB. Hope it helps!
