Problem with Xerox C405V

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi,

I bought the Xerox C405V / DN Color Laser 2 weeks ago. For a few days the prints have had vertical traces. I did a cleaning as requested in the book but it's still the same What can I do ? Thanks for your help

When we scan mixed size orginal 8.5 x 11 with 8.5 x 14 the letter size paper comes 90 degree rotated. Client claims that 5865 was not doisng so.
