Hello ppobikrowski,
Have you tried using the build job feature take look at this article and see if it will help you.
I'm very sorry to read that, because on the resellers page it was both-side scanning.
For me document scanning was one of the purposes of buying that device.
I think you can do that easy on firmware level. For example on dual scan just scan all first sides od all pages and then ask user to turn all pages opside down and put in ADH, ant then scan all second sides of pages, and at the end compile pdf file with pages alternately. It would be quasi-manual, but a lot of easier to scan 50 pages with manual turning pages one by one.
But... right now it's useless with 5-10 documents (daily) with 30-50 pages to archive it fast.
Hello in2itjenn,
The B225 printer has an automatic document feeder and the only feature that can be auto duplex is printing. For both scanning and copying using the ADH it's a manual process. The printer would need to have a duplex automatic document feeder. Please refer to the specification on the B225 found here for a complete guide on what the printer is capable of.
I came here hoping someone had the answer to this. Disappointed to see that there is no helpful response. I would LOVE the scanner to auto detect double sided pages for scanning.
Same, I just got this B225 printer and it also says that in the manual to use the ADF for double sided pages.
I see no option at all in the configuration to scan both sides, which kind of defeats the purpose a bit.
First of all you described printing, not scanning. I'm asking about double-sided scanning.
And secondly printing both sides is supported by this printer itself, you don't have to use software option "turn pages manually".
Anyone have a clue about two-sided scanning?
You can Set up a printer to print to both sides of a sheet of paper : First of all Click the File tab. Click Print. Under Settings, click Print One Sided, and then click Manually Print on Both Sides. When you print, Word will prompt you to turn over the stack to feed the pages into the printer again. Try once this will work well for you.
Hi
I have Xerox(R) B235 MFP.
I try to scan documents, but always it's one-sided scan. I cannot find any configuration option to enable double-sided scanning.
Please help with checking and enabing that option.
Best Regards
