Thank you for using the Support Forum. This is an article I found in the online support for the error code 035-705. Unfortunately it does not offer much help.  I would suggest you please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Problems using Fax with an ATA over VOIP

Product Name: WorkCentre 6605
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi, We have a WorkCentre 6605 that we have recently switched to been connected to a VOIP system by an ATA device.

We are having the issue that the machine is returning error 035-705 Digital Command Signal/Non Standard setup.

The settings on the ATA have been checked and these are correct.

Can anyone help with this?
