Problems with scanning

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

When i use the scanning facility whether it be for one page or multiple pages, more often than not the scan completes but when loading the scanned pages to view, a message appears stating there was a problem with the scanSacn completedSacn completedMessage when loading to viewMessage when loading to view

Try switching from WIA to TWAIN
