Problems with vertical lines when Photocopying

Product Name: Xerox B205 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello, I am having a perpexing issue. whenever I photocopy, I am receiving vertical line on my copies. I have cleaned the platen and CVT glass several times. When I se the ADF, the vertical lines appear on the opposite site as that of the platen. Any ideas as to what else I can try? Printing is no issue by the way. Thanks.
