The only way what you are stating can make sense is if you neglect to set the original size (screenshot 2 right above the part I circled)

If you neglect that, and the calendar is not a standard size (they never really are) then it may not be scanning the full calandar page, so an 80 reduction could be reducing 40% of the page by 80%.

Hi Joe,

the problem near when to want to reduction the sheet with more big format. With the Xerox 7125, 7530 this problem is not exist. This morning for example, the customer need to reduce one page of calendar. But we could do nothing, both use the book copyng, both use reduce To A3 - A4 70%. If you can write me your email, I send you a photo of copyes.

Please reword that so we have some idea of what you are describing.

Yesterday we were forced to make a copies of book to reduce its behalf. The problem is that copiyng a page  with reduction of 80 % and in first copies we have the positive results,

turning tha page of book with the same settings and the result is negative. As in reduces in the wrong direction?

Once the **bleep** is cut, What is this refering to, nothing should be cut at all,

the second shifted!!! ???? 
Book copy has edge erase, it is probably deleting the edge which shifts the image.

Someone as already analyzed this issue??? 

I was not able to replicate your issue at all, nothing shifted with the following workflow.
