Without knowing what models you are using, I would say do a search for SMTP2Go + Xerox.
This has worked great for some of our units.

We are a google apps shop. Many of the MFP's don't support SSL/TLS which is required by google. I am looking for a recommendation for an email host to use as an SMTP server for our Xerox fleet. It must support non-encrypted SMTP on port 25.
