Remote Services

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

For a few months we have been using remote services for our printer fleet. But when downloading the data after activation we have an error. The summary of my troubles are on pictures. Thank you for your help.

Hello,  there are several actions you can take, try powering the machine off waiting a few seconds and powering it back on. 

Also check to make sure the date and time is correct, click this link for instructions on changing the date and time, https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/x_vlb70xx_en-O2393

You may want to make sure your firmware is current too.  I know on the older WorkCentres, a firmware upgrade was needed due to increased encryption.  Not sure if that impacted the VL line though without checking.
