You may want to make sure your firmware is current too. I know on the older WorkCentres, a firmware upgrade was needed due to increased encryption. Not sure if that impacted the VL line though without checking.
Hello, there are several actions you can take, try powering the machine off waiting a few seconds and powering it back on.
