The remove blank pages for more than 2 pages for scan to email is not working.

I am using the scan to email not printing.

Remove Blak Pages

Hello,

This is a C8070. I am trying to scan to email a 2 sided document with remove blank pages options. When I use certain test files it works but when I use a certain douuments  that I printed, it is still not removing the blank pages.  Tested document on a C8035 (101.001.069.2900) and it worked. Upgraded firmware. I am baffled. Sometime it works and most of the time it doesn't. Upgraded to firmware 101.003.019.20200

Cleaned scanner strip and underneath doucment feeder.
