Remove Date and Time Stamp

The B215 uses the centreware internet services admin interface. How do I remove the date/time stamp using this?

EWS > Apps > Scan To (Or whatever scan app you are using / and you must be logged in as admin)

Scroll down about 4/5ths of the page and disable this thingy

We have a Versalink C7025.  When scanning documents, the machine is automatically adding date and time to the file name of the scanned document.  How can we remove the date and time from the file name and have it be only what we enter?
