Remove extra header space in received faxes

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

Hello,

VersaLink® C405 Color Multifunction Printer 

When we receive a fax, there is extra blank info incerted causing 1 page faxes to be 1.25-1.5 pages. Any idea on how to fix this?
