I have two 7232 machines and a number of email addresses that I want to remove.
Somewhere in the settings the work centres pick up new users that I set up on the active directory. The problem is that when I delete someone from the active directory when they leave the company it does not delete the user from the list.
Is there any way to delete the users from the list?
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for setting up the address book step 5 references deleting. Just select the address number you want to remove and select delete. Make sure that you save the settings. If this does not work please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
