The device model you list above is now at end of support. When a product has reached the end of its support life, support and repair are no longer provided by Xerox. Support materials including knowledge base articles, product documentation, drivers, firmware and videos are removed from the Xerox web site.
We purchased a Xerox 2515 large format copier (engineering, drafting copier) at an auction. It was operational at time of purchase. It has sat unused for the past 8 years. We decided to get it up and running for copying plans in house. The toner is low and we want to replace it, however we do not have the owners manual and can not find one online. Does anyone have instructions on the correct procedure for replacing the toner? We are looking for specifics such as we only need to change out the toner container, or we need to also change/add developer, or the drum and toner are done at the same time, etc. Any help is much appreciated.
