Resources required after fax

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

The customer says they are getting a "Resources Required" for envelopes after they receive a fax.  

Tray settings - bypass tray = envelopes, tray 1 = letter, no tray 2 - 4.

I have received faxes and they pulled from tray 1 and I had no issues with printing envelopes afterwards.

Has anyone seen this issue before?  Could the fax they are receiving contain a legal size paper? Can I set faxes to only print from tray 1 even for larger sizes/
