Hi,
We have a WorkCentre 7545 in our office it is a good machine works well with the network but the only problem is that it is not copying from the glass, only from the feeder. The error is showing "The system was unable to determine the size of the loaded originals. All incomplete jobs have been deleted."
I have tried changing the sizes of the papers, reduce enlarge options, presets but it is still not working. I dont know if the problem is in the paper size option or original features options.
Could anyone please help me.
