I found this article that you can reference to make sure everything is setup correctly for authenticationIf you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

SMB DLM authentication error - Altalink C8070

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

For the past week my Altalink C8070 doesn't authenticate network users when they try to logon to scan or copy.

It just loops after entering the password. 

Checking the Fault History shows two types of error message: SMB DLM authentication error and Network or Authentication Server Setup Problem. 

Software Version: 101.003.019.20200
